In these modern times, we have many ways to enjoy our practice, be that in a bustling community studio, all the way to the solitude of self-practice. The Home of Yoga is for those of you who like the solitude, but benefit from guidance and inspiration. It is a rich and diverse collection of hundreds of yoga classes, ranging from dynamic, postural focused practices, to quieter meditative explorations, and philosophical contemplation. The Home of Yoga is everything you need for a full Yoga practice at home, anytime, wherever you are in the world; this is your Home of Yoga.

Yoga is for everybody and it is my aim that the Home of Yoga accommodate everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. Class discounts are available to anyone that needs them, just get in touch here.
